Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a SalyMetric product. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SalyMetric ("we", "us") sells digital spreadsheet templates and guides. You can reach us at Salylucendrino@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

Products are digital downloads. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Any launch price shows its end date on the product page and is charged only until that date. Your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fees.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

After payment you're redirected to an order page where you can download your files. The order page works for 30 days; each download link it creates is valid for 15 minutes. If you have trouble downloading, contact us.

5. License

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own (or your household's) budgeting. You may edit them for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publish the files or modified versions of them, in whole or in part.

6. Refunds

7. Not financial advice

Our products and articles are general educational tools, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions and for checking the numbers you enter.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the files accurate and reliable, but they are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown at the time you bought.
